I don’t know what they are talking about! Each time I go in, I am asked several times
if I need help, and their sales staff always
assist me in finding just what I need. I find
the girls to be helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and very service oriented. Great store! I recommend it to all my friends, too.

I definitely had the same experiences with “customer service” here as the comments above. Idle sales associates talking about a customer that is right in front of them in a less than flattering way wasn’t what I was expecting. The lack of service there and the utter rudeness gave me a bad impression of Tyler as an entirety, one which I know isn’t true. I hope they revise their service to better suit their customers.

They definitely did not care if you buy or not. They want to spend about a “hello” and that’s it with you.

Had the same experience as Erica both times I attempted to shop in there. I left in frustration because I could find no one to assist yet there were many employees standing around idle! I will not go back. My time is valuable. A few friends experienced the same aggravation. Look on the Internet. Ulta hs the same type of complaint at their stores nationwide.

The women that work there are RUDE. Horrible, Horrible service. They completely ignored me, wouldn’t help me and made me feel terrible.

I am SO happy that Ulta finally made it’s way to Tyler. I am in love with their makeup section, hair care section, perfume section, drug store section and on and on… Jillian shaped my eyebrows and she is amazing!! The only think I would change is the area where they wax you. I would much rather be in a corner somewhere than in the middle of the store in front of everyone.
