Things have improved, but I'm not quite back to normal yet. I've backed off the running and have been working on building strenght through my PT moves. Good luck to you and your knee!

Finished reading your posts and the strange thing is the exact thing is happening to me. I was training for a marathon and pain started in my foot but later healed and then my knee. Now I have tried running 4 times and at exactly 2.5 miles I start getting a pain just above my knee on the outside and it moves down my knee to where I can run because of the pain. How have things been since the therapy?
