But then I and MANY others were over charged and double billed for our fees. Mark refused to accept responsibility and it took FOREVER for them to resolve the issue. Not to mention the place became filthy. And some of the cardio equipment was broken for about a year as well as some bags that were broken. But you are right about Kris.
