My daughter received a gift certificate from J&J for her birthday. We went to the store and shopped and found a top. However, when we went to redeem the gift certificate, we were told we had to have the receipt from the transaction of the purchaser. We were flabbergasted we were not told this prior to our shopping as we told the cashier when we started shopping an hour before we got to the point where we were going to "cash out". We feel we were not treated fairly or even kindly. We will not ever be shopping here again and we have told all our friends of our VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I have to agree; their selection seemed smaller in the new store. I've been shopping with them for years in Gresham and love the things I have purchased. It's kind of nice to know you're not going to see a lot of repeats in town! The employees are always friendly and willing to help no matter who you are.
