I waited at the drive through behind about 6 cars. When I finally got the thing (concrete, I think they called it), they gave me a cup with a hole in the side. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there was a hole in it until I had driven several block in heavy traffic. By the time I found a place to stop, it had dripped all over my legs, seat, and floor. When I returned to Andy's, the guy at the window said, "Oh, sorry, we have a problem with the mixer cutting holes in the cups." I had to ask for a refund, and they didn't offer anything to compensate for the mess that I had on my clothes and in my truck. I will not go back. I went there once and only once. It is a little pricier than a blizzard or other like desserts but it is well worth it and we dont mind paying a little more for awesomeness.
